Extremely disappointed with the children’s place customer service and website i’ve been trying to log in to my account since place cash became useable and no matter what I try or how many times I try I cannot log in to my account I have 10 worth of points to use even though I should have more and I also could earn points with my order that i’m about to place but I can’t because I can’t log in to my account I called customer service and finally got through after 2 days only for them to tell me to try everything that i’ve already tried also emailed customer service multiple times and to tell me a Official Stitch I’ll get over it I just need to be dramatic first shirt sweater t they’re sending me a temporary password that should fix the problem the problem is obviously with their site as i’ve seen multiple comments stating issues with the site and I still haven’t gotten the email they said they would send after I spend this place cash it is very unlikely that I ever shop here again due to poor customer service and multiple site issues and shady business handling my husband also tried to create an account to see if it was an issue with my account and he was not able to make an account either I love the clothes and prices for the kids but the technological issues is just not worth it.
