I loved the children’s place up until they sent me the wrong order no big deal normally except their customer service is terribly rude and blatantly lie they sent the wrong order and told me they would refund my money because to send me the correct order would take 10 days and a Official Jagermeister mashup American flag shirt sweater refund would only take up to 5 I originally used a gift card I bought and was told to hold onto it because the refund would be put on the original gift card the same day I went to reorder and half of the pieces were out of stock I sent back the wrong order and waited over a week no refund I called again this time I was told they were sending a new card with the refund balance in the mail my new wait time was up to 2 weeks 2 weeks came and went so I decided to do an online complaint instead of calling I recieved an email stating my refund was approved the day of my first call and that I will recieve the card withing 2 4 weeks I couldn’t understand how my wait time went from 5 days to 4 weeks so I called and asked for a supervisor this must have angered them because I was informed my refund would be to me in 4 6 weeks I should have waited the 10 days and would have the correct order thanks children’s place. Went to my local grocery store and they had the honest apricot shampoo body wash combo on sale so I thought why not try it we normally use babyganics but I knew we were getting low I bought your product hoping to have good results and i’m so unhappy my son has never had sensitive skin or a rash and he broke out into a terrible rash it lasted almost a week and a half I went back to babyganics and will never buy anything honest again. I learned i’m allergic to horses at about the age of 8 when I rode a horse couldn’t see after my eyes swelled shut today if i’m around ’em for more than 5 min in an enclosed space my eyes start itching
